Ko Tao, Thailand
If
all of your friends were jumping off a cliff into jagged, coral-filled water,
would you? Well, in this case,
sure. Maybe it was that I’ve given up
coffee (as of today – it’s soo bad at this hotel!) that I needed a shot of adrenaline
to replace the caffeine. Or maybe it was
because it just looked fun.
For
whatever reason, I decided to give it a go, and climb up the big boulder in our
bay so I could jump off the other side, while my trusty documentarian (aka
Caroline) stood on the shore and pointed her camera at me. A bit scary on the way up, climbing a bit of
near-sheer wall that necessitates climbing a rope up the side of the boulder. But you only live once – might as well make
it brief!
